2/3 cups soy or rice milk

3 Tablespoons sugar

2 Tablespoons vegan butter softened at room temp

Cinnamon Mixture:

3 Tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or butterscotch extract
